Do you offer tours? Yes, we are happy to show off our restaurant and venue
Can a wedding be held indoors? Yes, though for a an indoor wedding our suggestion is 50 people or less to afford enough room to enjoy the event
How many people does the space accommodate? We have tents that allow up to 150 people with dancing, however, we are happy to work with the wedding couple to plan a larger event
May we bring our own decorations? Yes, we are happy to support your unique vision
May we arrange the venue set up? Yes, we have 150 gorgeous acres, we are happy to work with you to have use of the property as much as we can
May we have a fire or bonfire? Yes, please work with us to plan
How many hours does the rental cover? We plan for 5 hours of event time though the bride and her entourage is welcome earlier. After 5 hours we charge $150 per hour so we can fairly compensate our team
What time can my event commence? For a wedding our suggested early start time is 11:00 AM, latest start time is suggested at 6:00 PM
When may vendors start setting up? We would suggest 4 hours before the event as the early start time. Other arrangements can be made with advanced discussion
Do you offer valet parking? We can but it isn’t a part of our offering without previous discussion
How many weddings does the venue host a day? One only. A wedding couple deserves our full attention
Do you have the ability to power outside vendors including bands and DJs? Yes, we installed commercial level electrical capability
What is the deposit, cancellation, and refund policy? 20% Deposit is required 8 months prior to the wedding and is non refundable, though we are happy to reschedule. Weddings should be paid in full 6 weeks prior to the event, with 50% payment due 6 months prior
Do you require a damage deposit? Yes we do as for a $1K damage deposit. Assuming no issues, we will return the deposit within two weeks after the event
Do you have liability insurance? Yes, we do. We suggest every wedding couple obtain their own event insurance. All vendors who are onsite must have a COI certificate of insurance on file with us
Are we allowed to bring alcohol to the event? No, our apologies but our property is covered by our liquor license and we can offer a full bar service including vintage barware
Do you offer nonalcoholic drinks or mocktails for our guests? Yes, we have a wonderful mocktail menu and nonalcoholic champagne for toasts
Are dogs allowed? We are able to allow service dogs of course, but prefer no other pets
Do you have a list of preferred vendors? Yes, please see the Preferred Vendor tab for more information
Can you offer Vegan or Kosher dinners for our guests? Yes, we are happy to accommodate specialty dinners. We are also able to provide Kosher desserts from Herrell’s Ice Cream
